ReplyDeleteWe would like to sell as soon as possible, but we are not interested in trading or any other unconventional methods (e.g. renting). We have acreage on which we plan to build a new home, so this one will be for sale until it's gone.
ReplyDeleteI should add that we'd LOVE to sell this home by owner. (It would save us and the buyer BIG BUCKS!) We were going to list it about a week ago until we showed it to a couple. We are giving them a week and a half to decide if they can make us an offer. If they do not, we will be listing with a well-known Springfield Realtor.
